You know; the food quest to feed our feelings. During our childhood we may have been comforted by our parents with soothing food; and these memories can turn into patterns of emotional eating. If you notice yourself wanting and craving food even if you’re not hungry, beware, and maybe enjoy a walk, work on a puzzle, or add some oxygen to your brain with some deep breathing.
