Take Care of Yourself
Oh mama, you’re so good at taking care of everyone else, make sure you’re good at taking care of you too. Self-care is essential to being a good mom. Self-care not only prevents resentment, it models personal wellness for your children. And, it actually allows you to share more of you with your family. Write in a journal, get some fresh air, visit with friends, exercise, take a class, or just take a nap. Do something that will relax and rejuvenate you regularly. Then you can be the mom your kids need you to be.
