A simple recipe with a lot of goodness.
- 3 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 1/2 cups white cannellini beans
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- A pinch of salt
Blend until smooth (or leave it chunky). A great dip to spread on your favorite bread or tortilla, and of course add those important veggies too.
